Very nice hotel. The room was spacious and clean. Staff is excellent. Location is great- you can walk to the train/ bus station, shopping and local points of interest. Food- especially the breakfast ( which is included) is very good.

Stayed here for just one night for my hubbys birthday. I’ve stayed here lots of times. At least two/three times per year. The staff are super friendly and very efficient. Location is great. Stayed in room 318. Lovely view and very comfortable and spacious. Ran a bath after 6pm and It was barely warm. I rang reception and they offered to send someone to the room but we declined as we were going downstairs for dinner. It took 45 mins for the water to drain so hubby couldn’t take a shower. At Breakfast all the containers with the cooked food were barely warm. There was a distinct lack of staff to ask. Just a pleasant lad clearing the tables. We were there on an online offer so we just took it on the chin. But definitely noticed a difference this visit.

Front of house staff couldn't have been more friendly, and welcoming. Unfortunately when we arrived in our room it was absolutely freezing, there seemed to be an issue with our air-conditioning so we rang reception and someone came up to help, this girl had a quick look and said she would get someone else to look at it, but nobody arrived so when we got back to our room approx 7 - 8 hours the room was still baltic, we also had a number of other couples with us on the trip who had the same issues. Breakfast was also an issue as there seemed to a long wait but it was a decent breakfast. I managed to get locked out of my room during my return as my key card had stopped working, I seen the same girl as the night before and asked if she could help me, I met with a long sigh and eye rolling. Unfortunately I was quite looking forward to staying here as I was here a number of years ago for a training weekend with my GAA team, but definitely was not what I remembered.

I enjoyed staying here for one night The hotel is centrally located in Wexford with convenient parking below hotel Restaurant seemed expensive for evening meal but food was good The breakfast offering isn’t great with little choice and not great quality food Rooms were really comfortable I would return when next in Wexford

We visited this leisure center recently and to say it was absolutely diabolical with dirt is an understatement. I have never in my lifetime seen such filth in what should be a spotless & hygienic area. All soap dispensers empty in the shower area, two empty plastic bottles in the sauna on the floor. Jacuzzi is for over 16yrs as stated on the signage but parents in it with two children under 4yrs of age and two staff members standing at reception looking on doing nothing. Both dressed in dirty looking casual clothes, not even a uniform in what advertises as a four star hotel. This facility is not even a one star. The male staff member l saw myself went into the men's changing area and came back out and never even picked up a towel from the floors or benches, as it was exactly the same when l was leaving as when l arrived. Disgusting place that must be riddled with infection and bacteria. A health inspector needs to do a random visit here as it would definitely be shut down. There is dirt and tbere is dirt but this place reflects a halting site. I am not surprised nobody was there, it is absolutely shocking to say the least. The stink of urine in the toilets literally made me sick. If this is on public display l dread to think what the kitchens and back of house must be like. This hotel needs major health inspections done on it.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. €212 for the night in a really average room. Room is tired and not very clean. Really basic for the money. Went down to bar but decided against it. Shockingly poor wine list. This hotel is in need of a revamp and it’s too expensive for what it is.
